Return and Refund Policy

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased, and to The Beauty Lab Medical Cosmetics only and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: 

  • Products that were purchased in good condition and returned damaged

  • Products that are mostly or entirely used

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. If appointments are cancelled in less than 48 hours, a $50 cancellation fee is to be paid.  Sickness or COVID is an exception. Please let us know if you are having any symptoms prior to your appointment. COVID screening is required on site at the start of your appointment.

Booking Policy

A deposit fee of $50 is to be paid 48 hours prior to your appointment to hold your spot and ensure there aren't any no-shows.
